The first closing at One Steamboat Place is complete! It was a penthouse unit for well north of $4.5m. Good to see them moving forward but no surprise since it is an excellent product. It is not the most expensive luxury condo at the base of Steamboat and can be considered a good value for the location and quality of experience it provides.
